To avoid pitfalls or dead ends, management needs to be focused and committed to a clear goal—and experience is often the best guide. Unfortunately, experience is only gained through experience, and that takes time. I augment executive managements' experience, strengths and capabilities with real-world operational experience.

My philosophy. Teams win. Groups generally make better decisions than individuals. Great technology is required, but not sufficient for success. Customers are often forgotten. Build a real company—one that is a pleasure to do business with.
